Three axis co-ordinate measuring machine capable of geometric measurement and direct comparison to customer CAD models

Radiography and Penetrant Inspection is available via UKAS approved test houses.

Quality Castings operate a quality management system approved by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance to BS EN ISO 9001 Scope of Approval.

We have a fully equipped quality control department which is committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. SPC techniques being used in many areas to help achieve this and ensure consistency in production.
